We just spent four super days at Lake Crescent camping. Lake Crescent is a nitrogen poor lake, so the the water is extremely clear, and takes on an azure colour. The water quality is actually better than most municipal water supplies. We kayaked, hiked, knapped, napped, swam, and just plain enjoyed the whole time. The moonlight kayaking was pretty good with a full moon. Woody Me, and the boys Kathy, and the boys Beardsley Trout Me knapping

Wow, that is a beautiful place! When you said I trout I didn't expect to see one swimming in the water and it's so clear. Great place, glad you got to get away and enjoy it.

Man that looks so pristine! What a great place to escape to. Love the knappin' box.. I'll bet you made that yourself eh? I dig all the Celtic designs.

Wow Woody I can close my eyes and see myself there with my four four legged family members oh and the wife also. Sorry honey heh heh just a thought. What a great looking lake it gives me all kinds of good feelings seeing the pictures. I feel a connection to that place though I have never been there. Maybe in a past life. Thanks for sharing.
