I had a little time about a week ago to trim out some preforms and cut a few slabs. made me realize that the tile saw and the 10" both need me to put new blades on them before I do any more. Even the obsidian couldn't help the blades cut any better! A few slabs I thought this was Amethyst sage but after one slab cut a while back, all purple was gone but they are still a pretty mossy look. Mahogany Obsidian and I trimed up a thunder egg to cab. There is also a piece of Rutile quartz I trimmed out. A cool Montana that I got from Catmandewe I think it will make some great cabs! Preforms Thanks for looking! Fran

Nice cuts! Be sure to keep your eye on that last moss, 'cause if I get anywhere close to it, you'll never see it again. ;D

Thanks everyone! Hey deb, the one that looks like a conglomerate is really a coral that has been compressed. I got it from Stoneviews. I also have some emerald and lapis compressed that are cut out in the group. They cut really nicely and I hope they continue to stay together well. The purple blue I will be making for myself since I almost never keep anything for me. Fran
