We had the opportunity to attend the Concord, CA gem show this weekend and here are some slabs that I got from West Coast Mining. Bob Opal Butte Mushroom Jasper side 1 The other side. Black Rock Desert Thunder Egg Plume. This is the first time that I have ever seen plumes in this material.

All I can say is WOW! Is that mushroom solid? looks like you can fall right into the ridges the way it has filled in! Fran

Fran, Yes, it is very solid with no pits or soft spots. It should cab up well. Bob

Great pick-ups, Bob. That's a pretty good drive from Valley Springs to Concord. I grew up in Walnut Creek, next door to Concord. Sounds like it was a good show. Paul
