You can sell that material if you have the land owner's permission, some of them will want a percentage, some don't seem to care. The BLM rules apply to public lands only.

Well, I never said my find was ON his property, he has a tailing pile right beside his house and there is a gate you have to go through to get to it which my husband has a key (pest control customer), but...........................the find is not on his property. The find is on BLM land. I saw a little bit of blue peaking out of the customers tailing pile and that led to the real find! We went back to get some more today. I will post some pics tomorrow. Found some really nice pieces. We don't take out a lot because we are not supposed to. I am pretty sure that BLM has a lb limit but I am not sure what it is.

Rodney, he does have it on his private ranch, but what was on his ranch led me to the bigger find.

Went back and got a little more! Trying a few new cabbing techniques with a couple. Will post next week when they are finished! Found some more spectacular blue!
