FINALLY!!!! I got some boxes. I have a nice fresh box ready to go. I absolutely HAD to take a few things out, but whatever I took out I will send to the next person who starts a box. It is less than a small flat rate. I changed up what I put in since the last 3 ppl are jewelry people. SORRY-- I didn't have time to polish anything I wanted to get this out as soon as possible. Also there are 3 new pliers. Each take your pick. These were my own tools that I didn't use. There is a hunk of ZAM polish for each also. It will probably last a lifetime LOL! If you don't know about it google it- it's good stuff. There's some wire, too and some silver and gold plate things. You'll see. No time for pictures, sorry. I'm in a huge hurry to go out of town and get a break from the chillluns. I hope to get this out today. Attachments:

Oh CRAP! Just looked down and saw that I didn't put in my rocks. I put in everything BUT the rocks!
Tell ya what- I am NOT taking that box apart again and there is no way anything else is going to fit. I'll mail my rocks separately at the same time and the next person can take out and combine. The box is so full with stuff already!!!!

Don't you HATE that? I do! I did that with your box. It's ok about the rocks -- send, don't send, it's all good. Whatever solution is easiest -- I know what it's like getting ready for vacation.

Oh, forgot to say, thanks for the jewelry making supplies! Sweet! I just polished my first filigree with my dremel last night, and boy there are a lot of bits and pieces associated with making jewelry! So the pieces are very helpful, thank you! I just went and ordered something called a chuck and something called a collet . . . and . . .and . . .:-) The Zam will be totally useful, too, thanks!
Since you supplied the zam, do you have any advice on what dremel attachment to use it with? (Links to Amazon appreciated) . . . I don't have access to a big grinder/polisher on a regular basis.
Thanks!

The round white things are snake skin agates, they are pure carnelian on the inside, snakeskin pattern on the outside.

I mean this in the nicest way, but, Rockjunqui did you take my little conglomerate slab that Geoff put my name on? Somebody must have taken it out of its labeled toilet paper tube.

oh boy, Zam! I've been doing silversmithing (just learning, took a class at the University Craft Barn!) and so it's perfect for me! And a girl can never have enough tools, lol.

Susan- I don't remember anything in a toilet paper tube or anything with anyone's name on it. The only thing I can think of that you might be talking about would be in the 3rd pic from the bottom in the top right. It was wrapped in Coke cardboard with no name. It's also in the 6th pic from the bottom. If that's it, I can send it to you- if not then describe it better and maybe I'll remember. Right now, everything is boxed and ready to go tomorrow. I took it with us out of town, but we missed getting to the post office because we got lost.
I use Zam on a canvas wheel or a felt wheel with the dremel.

Yeah, that's it. The cardboard it was in looked like a tube in earlier pics, but who knows. I saw my name on it in his photo of the box. Roy or Tony must have repackaged it. That's ok, Don't worry about it, I'm going to trade Geoff for another.

There should still be a couple pieces of chatoyant Malachite in the box. Chad gave them to me, and I sent two for someone who has the equipment and ability to work them. He would like to get to see how they turn out. So whoever gives it a go, please post pics of the finished stones. Chad is no longer a member here, but he is on the other board that some of our members involved with this box also belong to, and if they could let him know I would appreciate it greatly.

It wasn't in the box when I got it. I would have noticed that.

Pretty sure it wasn't in the box I got either, but it has been awhile since I looked at the stuff. I'll check again when Tela's box reaches me and I go through both boxes.

So if it's in Tela's pix, she has it still.
Bill... um... why did you throw Chad's gift to you in the traveling box:P?

Helen, Umm... I "threw" them in because I am not set up to work and polish a stone as soft as Malachite. I use only a tile saw to cab with and and a vibe to polish. He sent me some harder materials as well, and as I was blown away by his generosity, I pm'd him to offer to send the Malachite to someone else, as he had just recently got this Bisbee stuff and would like to see it worked up. He said I could send it to whomever I chose, and suggested I keep a piece for myself for when I do get a cabbing set up, which I did. I thought the newbie box was a good option, as I knew there were a couple accomplished cabbers in the lineup. Bill
