Stupendous! I couldn't be prouder of ya. Is that first cut a Simple Jack? Cool face on the cab and the Sunstone is incredible. Sell that ring, you'll make another for yourself. Jo

The garnet ring is gorgeous!! How many carats is it? I used to collect faceted garnets, but they are a rather expensive hobby, so just collect garnet minerals. Love the faceted quartz (big un!) and the sunstone! The rutilated smoky quartz is really cool, especially the silver rutilated needles. Looking forward to seeing it cabbed.

that garnet is roughly 17.5 cts I did make another smaller ring as well .. not as showey and has natural fractures throughout the garnet which is very typical for these garnets( Greens garnet Farm CT ) .I was in shock this one came out without any fractures in it .. .. still a nice one though , sterling 10 mm round .. size 8.5 which is for sale .. if any has interest i would take a pic ..

I would never have the patience to do the faceting. Just the learning curve would be beyond me. Beautiful stuff, all of it. Jim

@wampidy I only have patience for singly faceted stones. One facet takes no patience at all.

These are killer. Someday I will have the time to break out the faceting machine my wife gave me as a x-mas present.
