First is a cool poppy type end cut I picked up from Catmandewe at Quartzsite in January next I found in a local wash recently should make a couple interesting slabs

That local one is cool, keep slab'n I want to see more pic's. :-)
I might need to move to your side of town, the local washes in the SE valley only has decomposed granite.

Are you sure you found that second one in a local wash? It looks to me like it has Phoenician writing on it.

Tim I'm sure the good stuff is on your side of town too.. you just need to dig deeper Daniel, Phoenician writing fits in well with something found near west Phoenix.. heh Mel no location info as it was something Tony picked up in one of his estate buys.. wish I knew. Thanks all!
