I like this a lot!! Can it be cut from the end in 1/4 inch thick, long, narrow slabs, or should it be cut the way it has already been? never slabbed a chunk of Charoite before, so not sure if orientation matters?

radioIf you cut 1/4 inch thick, then it will be, about 14 pieces of 52 x 22 x 6 mm rectangular perfect size, pendant, cab, etc. this piece is not going to break, of course if you cut the good saw blade. Donnie There is "Rose Garden" material for sale .... If you need...

Has anyone else ever gotten something from Hungary & about how long did it take for you to get it? Of course ordering around holiday time I am sure has not helped to speed things up! Just kinda wondering how much patience I need to dig up here because I am getting anxious to get my hands on this gorgeous hunk of rock!

Hmmmmmmm, he does have some mighty fine agates! He had some problems with his local post office, however all is good & should be here in about a week. Sure would like to see the agates you get too!
