I would like to get in on some of this stuff, except I'm not sure of what to trade. I have some assorted jaspers, agates, perhaps some obsidian. I should be getting some Botswana agate for slabbing and tumbling in the near future, that's some nice stuff. I also have an assortment of tumbled slabs and other stuff I could send. If you're interested in providing a home for some of my botched experiments, I would be happy for that too. Let me know!

Well, I have a bunch of cabs, and tumbled stuff. I can just box 'em up, send 'em your direction, and let you be the judge. I would really like a couple pieces of ocean jasper, but I'm not expecting much of that to be available. On the other hand, I am planning to tumble some Montana agate. I want to see if I can take those rocks, which are extremely hard, and make them worth more finished than rough. I don't know of too many people who can turn out a good batch of Montana agate because it takes such a long time to smooth out. On my Lot-O, it has taken me a full week to complete the 600 stage on my Montana slabs, which will probably go into polish tomorrow. With my rotary, I had to grind them down for 12 weeks. They are that hard!

Thank you John, I enjoyed your stuff very much also. Looking forward to doing some fossil trading with you. I also have some wood chunks in 2-4" blocks size with great patterns. could get a few slabs form each.
