Thanks Dave! That Rikoo pic of the siberian model seems to come up about once a year. They certainly make a lot of very nice spheres. Wow! I just looked thru many of the mineral specimens. Wow! I think I am digging the cerrusite lattice

Very cool looking lattice, but I would go nuts trying to clean up a piece like that!

After working on Pinterest for several days I find good points and bad.
On the good side, it is very easy to pin stuff from your computer or the net. On the bad, it is tough to explain complex ideas as they only allow up to 500 characters per pin.
Once pinned, you can't easily move them around to group like things. First things go to the bottom of the pile.
Perhaps you could organize everything somewhere else, then start pinning last things first and work to the top . . .

My lowly version of a sculpture. Just off the saw. Base sawed and fingers nipped. Too big, saw cover would not close on either cut. Oh well, I tried

jamesp there are those that do and those that do not. You are definitely in the first group! You have a lot to share. . . . and you are cuter than she is anyway! Dang, I couldn't find that "selfie" you took recently. Things get buried so fast in these boards.

I'm thinking this is another place to show off your stuff, perhaps drum up a little business for you and your wife.

I thought it was a particularly good selfie, James. I think it shows your true spirit - what Mel said " tough enough to chew up railroad rails and spit out horseshoe nails "
Or were you meaning this other recent selfie - Oh crap, that's not it. Haha, made ya look!
I meant this one. jamesp in Ponce de Leon's Fountain of Youth! (Or yoot, if you are from New Yoik, lol)
He said :
Yeah, I thought that was pretty funny... I think that is the better one. The water cooled him down and he actually smiled !

Yes, I agree! I've always thought that jamesp is cute, in a suthen gentleman kind of way. Don't care too much for bimbos, they just don't do it for me, lol.
