Ordered this from China (before I wises up and ordered from Amazon within the US). Funny how they declared it a necklace. Hell, I was puzzled at what necklace I ordered at first.

Ok I ain't getting it....Duh... Things ordered from China are often declared as something else. I'm not sure if it because of the value added tax (VAT), customs or what, but I have experienced the same thing in the past

In the city of Nanning China it is illegal to sell new scooters with an engine larger than 90cc. So they sell 125cc scooters with a 90cc owners manual under the seat. They have ways around everything. Jim
