Courts have long established that meteorites belong to the owner of the surface estate. Therefore, meteorites found on public lands are part of the BLM’s surface estate, belong to the federal government,
well id say if its found on public lands then it belongs to the public the gov and there lackeys the blm are gettin to big for there britches they keep forgetting we work we pay tax's and they use our money for the upkeep of those lands they are in name only there lands they are intrusted to them and when we don't trust them anymore to take care of them we should be able to fire them all and de-fund the organization -- when did we vote for any part of the gov to take on the role of our boss's we pay there salary's maybe we should just create our own money and cut them outta the picture no more tax's except what we agree too and we want an exact accounting for every dime collected --- wow that would be like America again wouldn't it ?
