Shipping from China. I wouldn't expect much. After the first rough tumble that clear barrel would look like the inside had been sand blasted.

Pretty! Agree. Sandblasted AND muddy. Hard to see through that.

It doesn't say otherwise so I assume the barrel is acrylic. I wonder if it would even survive a week of coarse grit. I bet grit particles might embed themselves in the plastic and make it hard to clean.

I have the Rio Grande tumbler. It is only used it to deburr jump rings and finish jewelry. I only use stainless steel shot in it and the appropriate burnish compound. There is a slight haze to the barrel but one can still see the tumbling action. I had to add duct tape around the barrel ends to aid with traction on the rollers.
