Time to get it fixed up.....Down time is two weeks of nothing, than four weeks of recovery... Wife is making sure of that,LOL So many things to do this summer in the shop that I'm glad I will be healed up by than!!! Probably will be watching my recordings on the DVR and being on the computer more too....LOL Not worried, all will go well and healing will come fast!!!!

Sometimes the hardest part is sitting still. Listen to the wife, at least until she's out of eyesight.

When in the hospital- LISTEN TO THE DOCTOR!
when you are home- LISTEN TO THE WIFE!
take it easy, keep us up to date, and heal up quick!

Mike, best of wishes and prayers for a great outcome. Maybe more important than the surgery is the patience you will need to sit still for that long! Be patient, and spend the time looking forward to playing with wood and rocks. They'll wait for you!
How long have you had it for?
Mrrockpicker was just diagnosed with a hiatal hernia on Monday. Not looking forward to dealing with that and time he will have to take off work.

Inguinal hernias, high or low are straightforward procedures and normally result in the strongest part of your body. Hiatal hernias are a bit more complicated. Best of luck with positive results to all.

He won the fight too...LOL Ranching in ND..... I use to pop it back in,but it grew to the size of a grapefruit, starting hurting and getting in the way.... I have a great Doctor and he says he will fix me right up... The being still,I think I better listen, because my wife will be worse than that Bull,if I don't listen!! Hahahahahahaha.............. I have two weeks of doing nothing,to four weeks of slowly recovering with getting back into the root of things....

Thoughts and prayers comin your way, but You listen what the doc says what you can and can't do. No one else. If you have troubles with that, I will find out and me or someone will come out and kick your A**.
The doc told me once what not to do... He said don't sweat. I said what's that mean? He said if you sweat doing it .Then don't do it. HA
He is the boss
Speedy recovery and best wishes.
