Beautiful batch, lots of variety. Great shine. Nicely shaped. I know that had to feel great when you took them out.

Very nice! I would love to be able to collect rocks around here that tumbled that well.

Love the tiny self portrait. Very bottom left corner. Red rock.
Nice!
All are nice. But that caught my eye!

Very cool beach. Too bad about the level of plastic trash. I like the shine also.

One of the things I really like about the beaches on Lake Superior is the general cleanliness. Most beach combers pick up the occasional piece of trash they find. We have a collection of net floats we have found over the years.
Agate season? Best time to pick because of the surf rolling rocks? Or a government regulation?

Nice shiny rocks and the first I ever heard someone using spic & span.
Oregon rocks, beach collected you are a brave sole. Been watching sneaker waves on you tube. I would never go to a beach in Oregon...never.

We have a collection of net floats we have found over the years. Agate season? Best time to pick because of the surf rolling rocks? Or a government regulation? I was referring to the winter weather and heavy surf that exposes the gravel beds. It's always a thrill finding glass floats, especially when they survive a trip to the rock pile. Found this batch in a few hours one morning in 2010. How lucky,we never find glass floaters, only busted sea glass ( I take it home too)...Hoping to hound the coastline a bit more this summer...

Lake floats are much less interesting, as in 'constructed of aluminum'. Of course the sea would eat them up. Its officially on my bucket list to get to the pacific NW and comb a beach or two. Thanks for seeding the desire.
