I read a lot of news. Most of it is bad, so when I heard about a GOOD news newsletter, I signed up. www.goodgoodgood.co/shop (You can get the free newsletter, too.) I just got this- unfortunately, the links didn't carry over to the stories: There's still hope in Manchester First responders who showed up on the scene within minutes saved countless lives and comforted countless others. Within 20 minutes of the bomb going off a few tweets from people who lived in the area offering strangers a place to stay started popping up across Twitter Soon, countless more people in Manchester started offering up their homes, couches, and kettles to strangers in crisis. The people who sell the fake merch outside the venue were giving out shirts and using them as towels for people who were bleeding. Taxis in the city center offered up free rides to everyone and strangers gave people from out-of-town long rides back to their homes. Local hotels have been taking in children who attended the concert alone or who couldn't find their parents and helping them reconnect with their loved ones. The compassion and kindness Ariana Grande’s fans at the concert and around the world have shown each other has been astounding. There are long lines of people enthusiastically waiting to donate their blood. (Update: Manchester hospitals now say they're good on blood (incredible!) but would love more people to sign up to donate year-round.) Cafes are offering free coffee to emergency services [many of them Muslim] Social media is acting as a tool for strangers to help loved ones find each other A Manchester resident wrote a note to journalist Lauren Duca saying:

Nice that some good folks were able to lend a hand following this tragedy.
If you bring a nest of vipers into your house don't be surprised when your kids get bit.

Manchester centre is just 45 miles from me.
There are 233,000 Muslims in Greater Manchester - 5% of the 2,550,000 population.
One bad one ...

Would be more if intel would not have been released by some US news agencies. One bad one does not cut the mustard. Pretty bad when the MSM makes up news about muslims helping out the victims. Turns out the cab driver was a east indian. These people are scum.

Never been around a real gun, had no need for it. The folks never hunt or shoot for fun. But, in times of war, there's a need for conventional weapons and manpower. Politicians fighting wars for us? What a great idea. If only they understood what it means to kill, or be killed, and the consequences involved. Some people think the military straightens youngin's up, makes them attain greater respect for others and themselves. All I know is, I'd sure hate to go through boot camp. My attitude would get me no where in service.

Actually, in this country at least, a surprising number of politicians have been warriors and understand quite well what it means to kill or be killed.
It's the freaking snowflakes that live in a world of political correctness, make believe, wishes and fantasies. Look at Katy Perry with all her hugging and lets be friends BS talk. Stupid clueless individual who because of looks and singing ability thinks she knows it all. The world should be what it ain't ever gonna be, a sheltered fantasy world of pink clouds and freaking un-eeeee-corns where everybody hugs it out *L*. But then, that's precisely the world of privilege she gets to live in. Pity she doesn't understand that's not where everybody gets to live....Mel

That facebook moron Zuckerberg, was saying a couple days ago that everyone should get a "universal basic income". That means everyone gets a paycheck, whether they work or not. weeee.... FREE money for everyone! Open the borders, let anyone and everyone in. Give everyone money for doing nothing. What could possibly go wrong?

My attitude would get me no where in service. You sound real light in the pants on things that are important Adam.. Talking smoke has gotten a lot of people killed and those who chose to not being capable to defend them selves , endanger not only them selves but others. There are a lot of wussies raised by their mothers who are incompetent, incapable and are always going to be cowards living in the shadows. Make sure you stand tall and strong in more than words. Boot camp is nothing. It helps prepare you for killing , killing a lot sometimes. No one likes killing, even meat animals but if you don't do it then someone has to pick up the slack and do your killing for you. Sad world. Hope our young people grow a pair or they will be owned by Mullahs who will cut their heads from their living, squirming, pants wetting bodies like Danny Pearl. He chose to be non violent , no effort and he died a cowards painful death. Hope it doesn't happen to the younger generation but if it does its their fault for being submissive. Submissive make great prison wives though. Get strong and stay strong, walk proudly with confidence and learn to use a weapon even if you don't plan on using one Would you shoot someone about to kill your mom? I bet you could and you would but only if you knew how to operate a gun and felt confident in using it when the situation arises.

Danny Pearl was a Jew- that more than anything was the reason he was murdered. It had nothing to do with being a coward. Please do not disparage the victims. He did not deserve what happened to him.
