Sounds like a fun contest but I have one question that will determine whether or not I participate.
Are vibes allowed? If they are it gives a bit of an advantage that I do not have. Prolly wouldn't help me if I did but some can work miracles.

I'll edit this post to reflect that. Thanks Jim. I thought to do this and it escaped me with a million things going on at once. |

i thought the last i read everything was going to tommy guess i better reread the whole thing - Yes, everything is going to Tommy. He will photograph them and send them to me without labels, so I won't know who cabbed what. Then I will judge by the judging criteria and the board will judge by overall appeal and the "capture" from the slab or preform. I will then mail all the cabs to the winner. |

How can you judge the "capture" from a preform? Seems to me the preform would have already "captured" the design. Or maybe I don't understand the definition of "preform."

The board will be. The way it stands- IF you want to turn in a preform (you got the definition right) picture to prove it is yours, then fine. But, if you do, then someone with a great slab picture and capture could beat you out. So, it's in your best interests to send in a picture of a slab. |

That clarifies it. I was using the word "you" in the collective sense; should have said "anyone" or similar.

So far, here hasn't been much interest in this contest. I am going to extend this until March 15th to have your cab into Tommy. Also, it would be great if you were to message him of your intention to play.

We have enough players to make a contest. Strictly speaking. If yours isn't in the mail, it's too late to play.  Next - we wait for Tommy to post pictures. Then vote. Then I get them for a close up look and then we announce the winner. Then I ship the cabs to the winner.  Good luck to those who entered! |

 but I did have a couple of others express that they were entering - and a couple who weren't sure. If anyone is scrambling to get their entry to me speak up soon - once I open the packages and start the pictures it's definitely too late.

Howdy y'all! Well, it looks like I am a little late getting the cabs judged, but I will work on it today and get back to you soon. I still want to have the cabs shipped by the first.
