She likes my racing stripes. The cab is from this piece I started cutting up today - Brenda agate found earlier this year with the RTH group. Here are some other shots of the same material and a bonus video... (before cleaning) (after cleaning) Bonus video... after I shot this video I left the slab(s) in the acid for no more than a couple of hours and it quickly got rid of most of the mud/dirt whatever it is.

Beautiful stone & cab! There's a lot going on in this one. That muratic acid cleaned it up nicely.

Wow Tommy! I had no idea you found anything that awesome that day we went out. I was planning to post some Brenda cabs I've been working on, but they pale in comparison. Lynn

Lynn Thanks Lynn - yeah I didn't find very much in my walk west of the claim but I tried to make it count. I wish I had taken a picture of it - this piece didn't look great, just a red rock with some dirty bubbly chalcedony seam showing on one side. I remember finding it almost tossing it down. Please do post your photos! I love seeing self collected materials no matter what they are - and having had a vested interested in the day makes it special.

I haven't even scratched the surface of all the stuff I've brought home from Brenda over the years. Lot's of awesome stuff...
But the fossilized fish has to be tops.
Without a doubt the most interesting piece of Brenda jasper I have found!
