Hey y'all- here's something we haven't done in awhile- a cab-that-slab-contest. I just got this slab and damned if I know where to cut first!!! Got me wondering what other people saw in it. Naturally you would want that sun in the cab, but there is a small void right next to it. Tempted to fill it honestly.... Anyway- download the pic or pics and mark out your best cab as well as you can keeping in mind that the slab is 7.5" wide and 4" tall. Mark it out with mspaint, photoshop, gimp whatever you have and then upload into your post. After about a week, or if there is no more interest, I'll post a poll and see what everyone likes best. I'm not playing, but I might steal your idea! LOL!! Daniel deb193redux used to do this and it was real popular. So, come on and play.  Rolling Hills Dolomite or Wavy Hills Dolomite   |

After rotating your slab image around a few times, my attention was grabbed by the yellow and orange "flames". I focused on this area — And properly orienting the flames yields "Dante's Inferno" cab: |

Every zone has potential. Your cab looks really awesome and took advantage of the less than obvious. |

Thanks for the sun compliment. I would leave the vug as is and not fill in, but I love natural vugs.
