I think that rutilated quartz is beautiful and time well spent to get it just so. All the other cabs are great too but you know I'm partial to Azurite. I'd say the green could very well be turquoise as James said. I've had some green turquoise from Kingman that looked similar in color, of course I can't seem to find where I put it at the moment...LOL.
