Found the ads for both 1 and 2. Yes, 1 is regency rose hard to argue with that, but it seems to look a lot like a Priday Plume egg center...

Here's the ad pics- what do you think?
Context makes all the difference - definitely not a thunderegg center. Graveyard area looks like to me is correct.

I so insanely wish it were a Priday Plume! Yeah, that plume + golden holding agate is found in GYP area. Very attractive stuff, and love what you did with it. I'd wish it were Priday Plume, too (IMO, would be better to leave at least a bit of matrix on Pridays to help with future IDs). I can see Nyssa for #3, but that isn't what I'd have guessed now that it is out of the slab

Sorry I'm a little late jumping in here. I agree wholeheartedly with those who said GP/Regency Rose. I just returned from a long roadtrip that included Graveyard Point. Everything (plume type, colors, etc) is right for GP and the marcasite in the mix seals the deal. Very nice group of cabs and the GP is killer. You always hit the bullseye with your work.

Oh, I probably should get on that...lol! I am terrible about taking pictures on road trips but I took a few and I can take some of what I brought home. Trying to catch up on all the projects I abandoned to take the trip. Currently tearing out California pepper trees, bringing in soil and planting fruit trees. Not a commercial venture, just family fun.

In 1977, I bought a townhouse and my wife suggested planting a pepper tree in the small piece of dirt near the front door. It grew like a weed. We sold the house in 1980 and the first thing the new owner did was take out the tree. It had an invasive root system and probably would have cracked the sidewalk.

Yes, they can be quite the pain in the rear. These aren't disrupting anything, but they take up a lot of usable space, are messy and very few things will grow well under them. A worse tree, which I have a couple of a well, is the Brazilian Pepper, which is related to nightshade. It has all the same issues but on steroids.

Good news is that it's under warranty and they will replace the whole thing. I'll post something when that little inconvenience is behind me...lol!

Nice set of cabs I do think you've nailed it close enough with 1 and 3. I was scrolling down fast to type in Graveyard Point/Regency Rose claim and Nyssa (based on the dirty pinkish plumes in almost opaque whiteness) but y'all beat me to it. #2 is tougher because of the small pattern capture - it could literally be from many locations in the west. N.Cady's and Paul Bunyan agate came immediately to mind based on the red plumes inside a blueish agate - but honestly it could be from anywhere many places including Mexico - crazylace etc. If you have more of it left on the slab maybe post that so we can see. Thanks. I would say crazy lace, too, but I never saw plumes like this in crazy lace. It shall go nameless. Unless I get my hard drive recovered, I'll never find the original slab. They are saying I should hear something about my HD today. Fingers crossed.
