I've seen an image similar to this Tahoma slab and can't remember where. I am going to smooth, round the edges and face polish.

There's definitely some teeth there. Rotate the image/slab 180 degrees and there's two eye spots that bring a monster to life.

Thanks for the alligator remark. I was thinking of an Aztec alligator image.

I thought I could pull it off and should probably have not used the 60 grit on the bottom because my alligator developed a serious overbite. I need to take 1 mm off the nose to get rid of a fracture and will go ahead and finish it. I might give it a serious nose job to even it out. I'll resume tomorrow.

Oh my! Yes a serious overbite.
Reminds me of my sister's dog, Grayce.
We fondly call her "Sharkie," lol.

Now you've got the top of that looking like a Horn worm

I can't do anything to the top. The fracture is actually a chip that I can sand out. No more cutting because the area around the jaws is hollow like an egg shell. I'm lucky I made it as far as I did. Sand. polish.... done.

I need to go back to 325 to remove scratches. This is what it will look like when finished.
