At least in mohs world This one was created in 2010 ^ posted on RTH One of my first experimental & enthusiastic with the promise of a new rocking hobby I recalled being thrilled with that --what I guess is-- ocean jasper? I may have got the rock from member on the board think I still have some of that slab and the other half some sort of jasper probably from somewhere specific Anyway I was a mad man making all kind of crazy combo hearts & not having a clue of what to do jus a grinding fool Well I’m lucky to get this chance to some grinding/ polishing atthe lap club Taking full advantage And this is how gm heart is shaping up Thanks for all the rocking years Ed thank Mike the picture is bleached out to bright but that big splotch is real yellow

Great heart is really looking good, Mr. mohs!
I believe the left side of the heart is Rainforest Jasper. Don't know what the right side is, but it's purty!

Check out this wonder A natural Yin/Yang design A really cool rock associate at the lap club sort of gave it to me He was tired of grinding on it Its ultra hard! No one knew what it was All I could come up with was really compacted quartzite. Then I stopped by where beefjello Brian does his craft We had lunch. Fabulous afternoon!! Good old Beef knew right away what it was and Id’ed it Ohio flint !! Right on Brian I’m so stoked to take it back to this man and let him know Indeed that is some hard stone! And I got my white frequency sand stone heart finis` It came out good. Need to drill , pin, hang, photoed I will be back m stly

Right on Rock’NJ
The stone as deep fracture That 'the man' pointed out & would probably not Survive a thorough lapping process With out fracturing
I plan on giving get back to the rock associate recommending just leaving it as is it’s a hard hard natural Yin/Yang Flintstone wonder ( at least to me…mostly ) that it is
