Glad you all had fun. I had fun making it and still being able to participate on a slower pace. I expected a high number but nowhere NEAR what it turned out to be The staff doesn't normally get to participate so this was fun for us in spite of my trash talking which led me to a thorough thumping by aDave. So, without further ado, the top four as displayed on the leaderboard: (1) EricD ( 11200 ) (2) RocksInNJ ( 9585 ) (3) rickb ( 7500 ) (4) El JeffA ( 3752 ) <drum roll please> The reason we extended prizes to the top FOUR instead of three is the top spot winner EricD has graciously asked me to pass his prize down, and we will accommodate that request with a hearty congratulations to Eric for a solid win AND for being such a considerate and generous member of the community. We will be taking care of him with a nice shirt of his choice from the RTH Store whether he likes it or not Congratulations RocksInNJ, RickB, and El JeffA - I'll contact each of you with some prize information and an address to send a prize off to. I will say more about the prizes here once things crystalize a bit more but I will say that rockjunquie and aDave have seriously sweetened the prize pot and leave it at that for now. BTW, I hear there is a particularly energized rabbit who is gearing up to poop eggs all over the forum so we might need everyone's help getting that mess cleaned up...

WHAT!?? 30+ hours picking up rocks, and he passes his prize to the next person in line? What a guy! Thumbs up, EricD.

Never saw a post mentioning this yet, did anyone else find the "rock-doubler"? I assume it was a glitch in the software and I stumbled on it by accident. Henry

Never saw a post mentioning this yet, did anyone else find the "rock-doubler"? I assume it was a glitch in the software and I stumbled on it by accident. What did that look like Henry? First I've heard also. Edit to add: there is a "multiple rocks" option but I thought I had it safely disabled.

Never came across a doubler in my travels. And many thanks for the generous pass down Eric.

First I've heard also. Edit to add: there is a "multiple rocks" option but I thought I had it safely disabled. Well as it turned out I got a late start to "collecting" so I started looking for a good screen to find the rocks. It had to have a minimum of annoying emoji's and other eye-distracting bits. The first screen I tried that met that criteria was the "Members". I figured I would scroll the "Shoutbox" at the bottom to to just text responses, then start searching by advancing the pages. Found one, it added 1 to my count. Found a 2nd one, the total count did not change....hmmmm, tried another, no change, and another no change. I figured it was a operator error so I left the screen and started looking for rocks elsewhere. Found one and suddenly it bumped my count by double the number I had picked in the Member screen. Hmmm, tested it again and same thing. I had found a "Rock-doubler"!! It worked that way every time I tried it. I decided I would run my count up, but stay out of the top 3 so as not to affect the finish. Not that I thought it was cheating as it was a flaw in the system that I made use of. Of coarse I didn't end up in 4th as El JeffA made a real big charge and passed me for 4th. I did find that I could not go longer than about 40 minutes or so before my eyes started getting buggy from the rapid scans, so it was off to the Shop, or the Garden for some R&R. It was fun, but my real rocks and my Garden are a bit more fun. 20 Tomato Plants, 10 Pepper Plants and 3 Eggplants are in in the ground and growing. I

I had found a "Rock-doubler"!! It worked that way every time I tried it. Thanks Henry, yes I see it now. Sadly it is easily repeatable on any multiple page thread, not just the member list, by clicking on the next page number. The count doesn't appear to increase until you get all the way out and come back with a refresh then the amount collected is reported as double. Disappointing turn of events but I do appreciate your bringing it to our attention. I've got a note in to the developer already.

How about some Glow in the Dark rubber duckies??
You can't kill them, and predators don't eat them. Plus, as an added bonus, you can find them in the dark!
Inexpensive, because they are from Surplus, naturally.
Glow in the Dark Rubber Duckies - Quack!
Time to break out and post Easter funnies I have saved over the years...

I I didn't find a doubler but I did use my IT knowledge to my advantage. Good eye there sir. I agree the real rocks are more fun, and the plants sound a lot more fulFILLING (and tasty)

I want to thank Tommy again for the great time consuming game he produced for us. I was one of the top four to get a prize so I'll post a few photos. There are many different western jaspers/agates cab preforms. Included in the box with them is a beautiful pendant from rockjunquie (thank you) that looks like Noreena jasper to me. Wife is picking out a chain to go with it. RickB

Congratulations to the winners. Looks like some great prizes. I still can't figure out how the winners got so many of those rocks but don't think I have to patience to spend a long time figuring it out or doing it. Thanks Tommy for a fun contest.

Received my box as well and it was jam packed full of misc rocks. Some jaspers, agates and others. There was also an awesome Dino bone pendant from rockjunquie included in the box. I’ll try to get some pics up soon. Many thanks to Tommy for the contest and awesome rocks and to Tela for the wonderful pendant. 😀
