I picked up 25 pounds from KN. Sliced a handful to see how they would go. Haven't had any stick yet. Going well so far. These are on week 3 in 30 grit. Wet for picture.

Those look great. Are you going to try to tumble stage one until the backs are free of imperfections? The cut faces tumbles quick. Its the rough backs that take all the time. They are blade eaters too.

I've cut them up in a variety of different ways. The sliced pieces are moving along fairly quickly with only having the thin piece of rind. I'll likely pull some of the pieces with large amounts of rind at different times through coarse grinding and progress them through the remaining stages. I like the way those look when the rind gets very thin and starts to "speckle". And yes, they are very hard on blades. Especially the cheap ones I've got on my tiny tile saw. I cut some bots today in a similar way. I'll post up pictures when they've run through some grit. We'll be happy if they look half as good as yours. Those look great. Wow, those look really nice! How thin/thick are they? After seeing these it reminds me, I really need to pick up a wet saw soon. I just need to stick around here long enough and I will be enabled into many more tools, I'm sure.

The bunch I did range from 1/4" to half the agate. These are 3/8 to 1/2, other than the bottom one, it's half the stone, maybe 1 1/4. Here's what I have, cheap and simple. I put the saw in a storage tote for a bigger water reservoir. The blade that came with it works well enough. Swap for the tuck blade for heavier grinding.
