Hey Mows Good to see that you are still tic tocing.
When I first started on RTH I was amazed by the memory people had for where their rocks come from. I forget almost everything but I know where and who most of my rocks came from. About the only way I can impress people any more.
As always your hearts are lookin fine but what amazes me is how you stick with them hearts over the years and make a lot of people happy by giving them a hearty smile.
I just rock a little bit now, wood is softer.
Be cautious out there Jim

Your hearts are tops!!
Besides modifying your broken hearts to be apples, could you just shorten them?
If I had a cold beer, I’d give it to you!

Is that a trick question? I like them both, they both have their merits.

If I have to pick, I think I might like the squared off one just a wee bit better.

feel like I had difficult time photoing this broken point maybe not but whatever type of rock it is it took a really good shine… Broken Lascaux reminds of the pehistoric cave art wall the red veining is a clayish hematite made a lot of mud grinding fairly sure the rock was hounded in Arizona the yellow reminds me of Stone Canyon any ideas what the yellowish minerals would be?

Re your apples: I prefer the flat bottom apple style. Looks more natural. Lots of gooood hearts!! Thanks for sharing.
