All the big tumbles have got me excited. I was given this cute chunk of Mexican Crazy Lace and was thinking of knocking off a couple of corners with a saw then throwing it in to roll as a first try on bigger tumbles. If it was your choice, would you slab or roll?

Such a nice rock that would be pretty in any size. If it were me, I would slice and rough preform into "wanted" shapes that hopefully take advantage of the design. Tumbling as one large rock would also be cool. Good luck with your project. I look forward to pictures.

I like all the red in it!
I'd tumble it but that's just me. I'm looking forward to seeing what you do with it either way.

It’s one that could go either way. Me I would tumble it and keep it that way. That’s just me though it is a nice piece

I'd have the same problem as you Eric! I LOVE to tumble paperweights, and put one in every batch. But I am in a cabbing-heavy phase of my rock journey at the moment. And I don't know what I'd do with a rock that nice. Probably just sit it on the bench in the garage and stare at it for 6 months until it told me what it wanted to be. Call me crazy...
