Finally took the Gripper out of the 18" vise to slab a couple of larger pieces of rough. This is a chunk from a piece of Burro Creek rough. It's a triangular section roughly 3"x3"x3" and 7" long. Took it off that way to give us some options for cutting depending on what the inside looked like.
What a nice surprise it was. Mixed colors and patterns - including a lavender colored section - with some dendrites.
-Edit- The pale lavender color doesn't show well in this photo, but it's in the lighter streak in the middle of the piece.

Thanks.
I called this one a "specimen" mostly because of how the Bagdad mine keeps expanding. As the mine gets bigger, collecting areas disappear.

Nice!!! I like the lavender and brecci combo, very unusual. Is this self-collected?

Thanks, AzRockGeek - wish I could say I collected it. Then I'd know where to look for more.
Slabs farther in look like Stone Canyon - but the white rind, pastel colors, and dendrites are things I've never seen in Stone Canyon rough.
