I requested that the prize be sent to the 2nd place entry. Have picked out an awesome slab for round 13, that I received from woodman. Stay tuned. This is a wild, large slab with many opportunities for some great cabs. A bonus is that it has a local connection. Well, the shape and some of the features do. Will be gathering some nice slabs, one cab wonder slabettes and preforms for 1st and 2nd place. All I need to do is get some great photos of the slab that are high resolution to send to knave. |

So, I got a nice surprise this morning in the mail. A super nice group of slabs from MsAli , passed down to me from fernwood . I'm not good at ID, one is marked (Imperial Jasper) and I have to show a closeup of the slab that I'm going to work first. Pretty sure it's a really, REALLY gorgeous piece of Dino Bone. Thank you Ali and Beth for your generosity- RTHers are the best!!!    |
