Hello I’ve just gotten into rock tumbling. My kids have always picked up rocks on our travels, now to learn which ones are the good ones and which to not pick up. I’ve had a cheap toy tumbler for years that I’ve cleaned metal detecting finds in. Just finished my first batch of rocks that was a long month and half. Not real satisfied with results but from what I understand the tumbler isn’t great and the grit was worse. I have a 3a coming with grit from rock shed as well as some plastic media. Know I should have got ceramic but didn’t realize it until after order was shipped. Any tips or advice for me just send it through.
