It does look a little like I was thinking the same thing Dave but I also see some mashed taters, gravy and stuffing in that coprolite. Only thing missing is a cranberry gastrolith or two.

It's really amazing how many tools are available to scientists to tease out information from old turds. Sophisticated chemistry, gas chromatography, mass spectrometry, electron microscopy, energy - dispersive X-ray spectroscopy, and other techniques take turd study to a level I never dreamed of.

That one was in a bag with this one - which was marked Utah. I'm blown away that you could tell where it came from by sight!!!

Another awesome stool sample you have there! It also is a classic Utah specimen for sure. It has that smell.
