Human teeth are a very poor choice for rings. They are brittle and prone to fracture. No, just ewww. Gross molars with staining and fillings? No, no, no. (Maybe a nice human canine pendant?)
That first pic looks to be elk canines ("ivories.") They can be quite nice, but that design does nothing for me.

Tooth rings can't be that bad. I believe Jeffrey Dahmer had a collection of body parts worst than that!

I’ve got a few gold crowns that couldn’t be re-cemented for various reasons. Doubt whoever ends up cleaning out that junk drawer in my bureau will be thinking, “Oh boy, I could make some neat rings out of these.”

I bought a ring made by a local artisan in Latin America made from a tumbled piece of pig tusk. It was beautiful and quite comparable to ivory. The pigs were hunted as destructive agricultural pests so it was supporting conservation to buy the jewelry. Elk teeth are quite popular in some crowds.

Not a piece of jewelry, but here's an unusual tooth find I made at Edisto Island SC in early 2017. A couple of shark teeth with it for comparison. I always look for fossils and artifacts when there and have found native american pottery and points. I showed this tooth (roots have tumbled off in the surf) to a local paleontologist and he said it was from a primate and that (we) were the only primates there. Showed it to my dentist and he confirmed it as an L7 from a young adult. It's black due to heavy mineralization as the shark teeth are.
