Looks like some sort of brecciated jasper, but I can't be certain. I've not seen pale gray jasper like that before, some maybe silicified, brecciated clay? DSC_1187_Jasp-agate? by Stephan T., on Flickr It's a little (but only a little) washed out. I'll keep trying to get a better picture. The brecciation patterns are very interesting.

My color vision is not good. It doesn't look like what I think of brecciated material. I've seen Willow Creek that looks similar.

I'll have to try for a better picture. It'd definitely brecciated, but it's hard to see in the picture, as the color contrast isn't there like it would be for something like Stone Canyon. But you are right, it is brecciated differently.
I hadn't considered Willow Creek. A broken T-egg might account for the curved pieces.
