Picked up this little guy in some fill dirt gravel here locally in Dallas. At first I thought it might be petrified wood because of the grain but after it ran through the course grit, I realized it had felspar in it. Anyone have any ideas what this might be? It has small flecks of white feldspar and black round specks that look like quartz under the loupe. The gravel contains all sorts of construction debris as well as local limestone and travertine. Picture of the gravel for reference

No ID help from me. Agree that it looks wood-like.

Thanks for the ID @jadedvision. I hadn't seen a rock like it before. The only feldspars I've seen here are granite from construction debris.
