Got it. That happens to me all the time. Disorganized is my middle name, lol. I will say I have seen agates with those circular voids in them, but have not seen those voids filled with black.

For sure it's jasper conglomerate, cemented by chalcedony (agate), but I really don't know what type of agate or jasper it is. These black spheres is for me a puzzle - I didn't seen anything like that. Interesting and really pretty speciment.

If the black spots were more plumey, I'd say it reminds me of Alpine or Marfa Texas agate.
