Well all it's been a long hot summer and hardly a drop of rain. It's so dry here there are cracks in the ground all around the house. I took a picture of the sunset the other day and it sure looked like we were in for a good old fashioned monsoon storm but it passed right over us with maybe one or two drops of rain. It was a cool sunset though.  |

Sorry to hear about the cracks in the ground. We too are experiencing the same thing. I can't believe the number of fissures going through our yard this year...

Wet over here Diane. Guessing dust in the dry air may lend to fine color in sunsets.
