I am helping a retired sphere maker try to sell some of his stuff. He has a lot of cubes and cubes with corners cut. Various minerals and rocks. If anybody might be interested I will try to send more photos and details. He is no longer able to do lapidary work. Has been collecting 50 + years and has some fantastic mineral specimens also. Appreciate any interest. Thanks.

Hi, as rockjunquie mentioned we have a 100 posts rule before members are allowed to sell on the forum. Just to give you a brief background this was implemented in 2016 to protect our members and our integrity by addressing what was previously a major problem on the forum with spammers and scammers showing up just to sell and not try to fit into the community at all. I can already tell from your posts - especially the Lot-O cleaning mechanism post and the fact that you took the time to sign up for Cloudinary, that you are neither a spammer or a scammer, and based on the responses from members above there is definitely an interest in what you are offering. In these cases we have the "vouch for" rule in place so what I would say is let's get a successful transaction in place based on the interaction you've already had and have one of the members vouch for you in which case I will grant early permissions to sell in the Marketplace area which will get lots of attention and action guaranteed lol. |

All, in fairness to rmyers3675 who is being a complete gentleman in his desire to work stay within the forum rules regarding selling, I've suggested if he wouldn't mind taking it private - ie: contact individuals who want to see more of what is for sale. Like I said earlier once we have a successful voucher I can grant open access to post for sale ads with lots of pictures in the Marketplace. |
