Hi I was jiust wondering what you folks would recommend in the way of a flat lap? I would think the very biggest piece I would do is a 6" X 3" the size my BD -10 can cut I will most likely use these for Refrigerator MAGGOTS. I may want to do a few of these Magnets at Once. Do you have to change Grit pads, Or wash off and change the grit? I most likely will run all night even if I need to install a timer if it dont need to run that long. Thanks for your help. ~Duke

vib laps take time and you have to change grit. you usually need to weight slabs as the downward pressure is spread over the surface area and you do not want it to float on the grit. you also need to have a bumper around the edges to keep from chipping in case it hits another slab.
