Hey guys, I was not sure where to post this question on here. Do they make sanding/polishing pads with a velcro back that would go on an orbital sander? I would like to try and polish a couple larger Petosky stones without having to hand sand it.

Hi mikeydbd. I use velcro sanding pads, but I use them on a Makita wet sander for polishing stone counter tops. It supplies water to the sander so that you're not breathing in a lot of dust. If you use them on a regular orbital sander, make sure you're wearing a respirator because there's going to be a lot of dust. I have a couple videos showing how I do it. I have polished a couple big Petoskeys this way, but this video shows me doing a puddingstone. I have the pads listed on my Amazon storefront here: www.amazon.com/shop/michiganrocksholajonathan has an eBay store where he sells cup grinding wheels if you have bigger holes to grind out.
