I like checking out rocks while digging around in local cemetery where I work. A coworker of mine just started working with me about a year ago and he is a collector

Welcome to the forum from South Dakota! Rocks are okay to be taking home from there...just don't be pocketing and "fossils" you dig up!

Welcome from Washington. You may eventually need bigger pockets.

Welcome from California. Aprons with pockets also work.

Welcome from the Desert Southwest! I think you should find the cemetery not too picked over. Hope you find good material!

Welcome from N.CA! The cemetery collecting is definitely interesting - make sure those are rocks you're picking up and not Gem Homosapian bone

Greetings from Vermont! I like to look around old cemeteries, and I like to dig rocks. I try not to combine the two into one trip, cause you get funny looks when you pull up to a cemetery and your car is full of prybars and shovels.
