Anyone know any good 'hounding locations on or around Bainbridge Island Washington? There's lots of things named "Agate" out there: Agate Restaurant, Agate Pass, a neighborhood called Agate Point. I ought to be able to find some agates around there, but have had minimal luck on the beaches in my previous trips. Anyone got any experience out there? Any Washington state tumblers here?

It's not too far from Whidbey island, where we've definitely found agates and all sorts of stuff. Deception pass state park is an access point. If you don't have a discover pass it's $10 to get in. You can either take the long way around and get there by road, or hop on the ferry from Mukilteo.

I do know there's a lot of jade in the rivers around there. Never been myself, but know someone who lives on Whidbey.
