Congratulations to Rockindad Please PM your shipping address to us so we can send you the loot. I must thank everyone for a spirited bidding event and I had no idea it would evolve the way it did! I really had a lot of fun with this. When the bids started to get so high I became concerned that the high bidder might get buyers remorse and I decided I'd add a SFRB of specimen coprolites to take the sting out of the "car payment" after the auction concluded. (photos below) We'll just call it a little surprise bonus, and it's my pleasure to toss it into the lot. Thanks again everyone! ZERO buyers remorse here! A sincere thanks to you, toiv0 and Tommy for your generosity in donating this beautiful material for the benefit of everyone that uses this forum. I know I am not speaking for myself when I say it is greatly appreciated. Besides that, it was great fun participating in the auction. Al

I had 46 pounds of rocks delivered by USPS. He dropped it off at the door. I get pretty good service by my USPS folks, but we suck up to them with holiday treats and garden vegetables. When they see me coming into the office with a hand truck full of heavy flat rate boxes they are good natured because I give them rough to tumble in their tumblers. Win/win

Just wanted to post a pic of the whole bounty together (well most of it, we did start working on some of it already). Of course we cracked open every box as soon as we got them but today was the first chance we got to clear some room on the bench and dump out everything to go through it more thoroughly. All of the boxes were FILLED to the brim! Thanks again to all of the contributors, it was so nice to kill two birds with one stone , picking up some great material and supporting a worthy cause.

Looks great. So jealous. If I would not have been at work when the auction ended, things might have been different, lol. Or maybe not....
