Mixed batch. Mostly Bots and Lakers. this Bot has the best parallax shadows I’ve ever seen. tubes shadows and white spots some other favorites I got a new lens that clips onto the iPad. It takes pretty good macros.

Great stuff. Some Botswanas want to be pocket rocks and others gravitate to ornaments.

Brent those look great! I've got a bunch of Botswana Agates that I can't decide if I'm going to slab them or tumble them. Yours really look fantastic.

jasoninsd Slab as many as you can. They are truly top-notch agates. My thumbs are still sore from pushing some of those through th 8” saw. I spent one day slabbing up approximately 1 pound of them. I’m still sitting on around 40 lbs. I need to set up the 8” saw again to slab some more. I can’t wait to see some of yours finished. Once slabbed, you can decide whether to cab or tumble them. My slabs are usually pretty uneven because they are mostly too small to run through the 16” saw. I still get lucky occasionally and can set one or two aside for cabs. It’s great hearing from you. I wish you could hold that shadow bander in your hand. The shadows are really cool. That more orange one with the white spots also has some nice shadows. It’s good to hear from you. Take care my friend.

Take care my friend. I really can't believe how hard these little suckers are! I bet your thumbs are sore! I've been cutting mine on the 10" which has a drop down blade, so no pushing for me. However, these take FOREVER to do the initial grind on the flat lap and my thumbs get sore trying to grind them (the stones...not my thumbs! LOL). I've got 3 or 4 dopped up and ready to go, but I keep pushing them to the back of the line because I know my thumbs are going to hurt! LOL I'm getting about two usable slabs per half out of mine. I would love to see that shadow band up close and personal. I'll have to take another look at mine and see if I have any that would compare. Good to hear from you too Brent. Brent those look great! I've been pondering slabbing one half and tumbling the other half. I cut most of mine in half over the last week or so - just so I could get an idea of what would be able to be made into cabs. That's when I saw the Psychedelic one! LOL
