Here we have a super quality lot of African blue tigerseye Shown wet, large pieces, all very chatoyant , tons of blue under that rusty skin, all hand selected, larger quantities available. 25 lbs = 6 pieces $250 + $15 shipping

Ugh, just bought some scrawny a.. crap- only 3/4" thick and not nearly as nice. Still tempted. I only have so much willpower, somebody better scoop this up.

If you say "tiger's-eye" you have my undivided attention. Unfortunately, this is waaaay out of my budget.

This is exactly the type of thing that causes me to buy more at this place than I sell. Mark got to me again..... You guys can have this lot, but I'll be sure to get some soon.

WOW great material Do you have any more? Do you have a good location where this was mined? I have a geologic collection of Precambrian Iron Formation from around the world and would love to add some of this to the collection. I will keep an eye on your auctions. I would need a 10 to 15 lbs chunk so I could face polish some and leave the rest natural.

I'm pretty sure he said it's from Africa. markymark

Thanks I will really need mine name or a town name near by. I am building the collection as a gift for a University geology department. It sure looks like great material that looks like it has been mined or recently dug up. This material weathers if exposed at the surface very long.

It's from South Africa and I believe the county controls access.

Hello, thanks RW, at this moment I don't have exact mine name, but it is from South Africa. Yes, I can sell larger and smaller amounts even 100 plus lb chunks

I bought some of this from Mark and it arrived today. It is premium material. Thick, solid, and very chatoyant from top to bottom. Deep blue with some fine red and gold streaks. Almost no waste in the one chunk I cut up. Could easily make 50 cabs from 5 pounds.
I've bought blue tiger's eye for half as much, but this rough is 2X as nice. Your non-lapidarist friends will think this is the coolest rock they have ever seen. First time I've bought rocks from Mark, but he's made a good first impression with this material.

Fresh off the saw with saw marks. Deeper blue that it looks in the photo with some nice red veins.

From Mark's material.
I've got some of the blue + gold on the way from him. I'll cab it and post a photo or video.
