A short trip to the old silver mines near Cobalt Ontario It is getting difficult to find good silver, but this one is worthwhile sharing.

Greig that is an amazing find! How astounding that you've walked over it before, but were able to find it now! Your production on your videos is top-notch professional! Your selection of music for the background soundtrack was perfect!

A great and unique find. Do you know what caused the designs in the middle?

A great and unique find. Do you know what caused the designs in the middle? This was from a hydrothermal deposit containing veins (reticulated masses) of Ag-Ni-Co (mixed metals). The better silver is shiny when cut or rubbed/polished.
