OUCH I have chronic tendinitis as well. No where near the extent you are suffering, but I know the frustration of not even being able move your arm without pain. Also the severe weakness it causes. I have been very lucky to manage my pain drug free with ice/ stretches and a slow but steady regime of muscle strengthening. I am really hoping to avoid problems later in life and so far I have had only a couple times where I over did it and had to drag out the air cast (ugh I hate those things). Thankfully I'm in a job that is relatively light duty and very little repetitive motion, so I usually avoid aggregating the condition. I hope all goes well and you have some relief!

Ali, how long does it take before you know if the PRP is helping? Still sending up the good healing vibes for you. I should know in about 6 weeks if it has really helped. Day 3 and it's is still pretty painful and swollen.
