Along the river Isar, I once again hit two spots I haven't frequented before... just to be amazed by the wonderful nature I found. (Yes, yes I was also amazed be "some" stones... ) Lastly I went up the little private road into Wallgau, just to pick a different parking spot there as well. It was peaceful, quiet and just [insert fitting word for amazingly beautiful]. Spent hours walking barefoot over the stones, jumped in the ice cold water for refreshment and felt so incredibly alive with the sun drying off the water in mere minutes... Found some nice driftwood as well... simply a perfect day.
Pics are below. As usual I HOPE they are somewhat in order - and that you will like them.
Haven't really figured out how Cloudinary sorts them when I drag them over. I always hope it's the date, staring with the earliest...

The rivers look so clean and fresh, makes me think of seeing Alaska pictures.

Your pictures are so wonderful and the scenery so peaceful and inviting. I am envious of you being able to wander in it all.

Looks like a relaxing day to fuel the soul Thanks for sharing your photo diary.
Guess we're not the only ones also hunting for good drift wood. We use them in our fish aquariums, among other things.

Gabriel, as always...thank you SO much for sharing. It's most likely a place I will never get to visit in person...so the pictures are an amazing way to "travel" to such a beautiful place!

Once again some very nice photography. Was that your stone sculpture in the river> Thanks Actually no. I do find those little sculptures basically in all the remote locations I explore. I am almost always alone there... but obviously I am not the only person frequenting those "hidden" spots.
Curious to one day meeting a person building one.

Absolutely!
I just need to escape at least once a week into nature to refill "life-force".
I love some beautiful driftwood. Have a friend who is a carpenter and I have some decorative ideas for the pieces I find...
But that is for another time, when I have the resources to focus on something new. But the mind doesn't stop - so I "precollect" for the future.

Always happy about anyone finding enjoyment in those. If one of you ever finds himself in the south of Germany - let me know. I'd gladly take you on a little trip.
