The rollers on a 3A Lortone are 8.5cm (3.34 inches) apart. The rollers on the 33B are 7.7cm (3.03 inches) apart. you might be able to just add two 3A drums on the thumbler or 2 6# drums. Did not look at the cost just thinking this option might help you.

The frame is set up for just that, there is a notch nearer the driven shaft.
I just need some kind of guide so the barrels don't move, weekend project
