Cool rocks Randy! Looks like one of the rocks I polished a little while back took a real nice shine

I'm looking forward to getting some pieces of this in the vibe, I may cut up the entire rock so I can tumble it by itself, nothing else in the mix. I think that it might give it a better chance for a good shine. I'll most likely do the same with the green zebras too.

That's a cool rock Alice! I can hardly wait to get mine going, I may go ahead and get a rotary tumbler so I can keep things going. I want to be able to run smaller batches sometimes.

That is pretty, wouldn't it be fun to just come across that while hounding? I must say it was a bit cruel to sneak another peek at the green zebra into that photo...I'm still getting over seeing it, and lusting after it, the first time

Thats a gorgeous piece of Picasso Randy. If you do tumble it, I would do it with care. I have cabbed some and it seems to be much softer in some spots than others. But it dose polish out nicely with the flat lap I'm using.
Nicce find Randy! I am dark green with envy!

I'm going to tumble it, but not in one piece. Well, I have actually thought of building a tumbler out of a trash can. ;D

Since you like this type of stone. Check out the porcelain jasper from the Gem Shop along with the mook jasper. You will love the stones and colors. I have bought from them several times. The stone rough is so beautiful you will hate to cut it. But the colors are what is really cool. You won't be disappointed!

Yeah, I've had my eyes on Mook and porceline for a while. It always seems like you can only get a small amount at a time, I want a crap load of it! ;D
