Slipped these in. The gaspeite is real small, but the color is stupendous!! I love both sonora sunrise and charoite, so these were a pleasure to wrap.

These are beautiful Tela. I wasn't familiar with the first or last stones, thanks for the introduction! The silver looks great with all of these. The zig zag frame on the first one is cool. Also like the black accent on the charoite. It really goes with the dark accents on the stone.

Beautiful! Love the zig-zags, too on the Sonoran. That Gaspeite color is wonderful.

Sonora sunrise from Mexico is, I'm told, mined out. I am fortunate to have a stash of the tri colored stuff. The red (cuprite) makes gorgeous cabs on it's own, too. It's often called Crimson Cuprite, but a lot of people just call it sonora sunrise. In my mind- true SS should have the 3 colors- Chrysocolla, tenorite (black) and cuprite.

Beautiful! Love the zig-zags, too on the Sonoran. That Gaspeite color is wonderful. Thank you, Robin. That little cab of gaspeite was bought and likely stabilized though not advertised as such. Ether way- the color can't be beat. I have some AAA gaspeite that won't need stabilizing. It has a name- like "porcelain" or something, but it's very solid and harder than usual. But, as we all know, the prices are crazy on this stuff, so I am hesitant to cut it.

Love the sonora sunrise, and the zig zags, wonderful composition. The black ascent as others have said, looks nice on the charoite.
I never saw gaspeite before , what a color- definitely a statement piece.
All very nicely done - thanks for sharing & adding inspiration .

Tela, all three of these are fantastic! I don't have a negative word to say whatsoever! LOL
That Charoite steals the show for me. The simple "elegance" of this piece really stands out. I've only wrapped a couple teardrop shapes with the narrow side down...but sometimes it really works!

Gaspeite is really rare. Purists want gaspeite from Australia, but it was originally discovered in Quebec, Canada. The Ozzie kind is more rare, but they both are. I love it.
Thanks for the compliments.

This one has always bugged me. It's just too off for me. LOL! Once in awhile I'll still jack up the orientation just a hair...and it bugs me as if it were off by 45 degrees! LOL

Beautiful work as always Tela! Your creativity always amazes me! You start with quality stones and then do your magic on them to get astounding results. Can't pick a favorite - all are #1.
